For the Civil/Site Engineer, you?ll have a B.S. in Civil Engineering, an E.I.T. certification, and 1 to 5 years of practical experience. You?ll be knowledgeable of the principles and fundamentals of civil engineering and have particular experience with site grading and design; water and sewer utilities design; and land development, stormwater management, and erosion and sedimentation control plans. You?ll preferably have experience with AutoCAD. In this position, you?ll perform engineering calculations and assist in design development; prepare engineering reports, schedules, and cost estimates; develop plans and specifications; coordinate the preparation of regulatory permit applications; assist with developer plan reviews; provide office and field support for construction phase activities; and interface with project managers, sub consultants, clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
