ANNUAL RETAINER SERVICES

CET has successfully prepared and implemented numerous Pennsylvania Act 537 Sewage Facilities Plans, Act 537 Sewage Facilities Plan Updates, and is currently preparing others. The implementation of the plans include design, permitting, bidding, construction administration and start up.
CET specializes in the evaluation of wastewater facilities for performance optimization, identification of plant capabilities, and/or identification of alternatives for plant improvements, expansions and rehabilitation. These evaluations required assessment of plant conditions and operations or unit process capabilities to provide treatment solutions to meet our clients needs.
