For the Project Manager, you'll have a B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering, a Pennsylvania P.E. license, and a minimum of 5 years of practical experience. You'll have particular experience in developing, implementing, and managing water and wastewater engineering projects for public and private sector clients. In this position, you'll oversee the successful completion of projects from planning through design and construction; deliver ongoing operations and other consulting services; monitor project budgets and schedules; provide quality assurance/quality control; and supervise and mentor junior staff. You'll represent the firm during interactions with clients, regulatory agencies, and other interested parties. You'll have the ability to cultivate existing client relationships and develop new business.
