For the Environmental Scientist, you'll have a B.S. or M.S. in Environmental Science, or a bachelor's or master's degree in a closely related field, and a minimum of 2 years of practical experience. You'll have a strong background in math and science, and preferably have experience in air, water, wastewater, and storm water regulatory compliance issues.  In this position, you'll assist with water and wastewater operations consulting, including laboratory issues; studies and reports; grant and loan applications and other financial consulting matters; and regulatory permit applications (e.g., DEP, EPA, PennDOT) and other work involving regulatory compliance. You'll interface with project managers, clients, regulatory agencies, and other interested parties.
