For the Design Drafter, you?ll minimally have a 2-year associate?s degree in computer aided design, engineering technology, or a closely related field, and a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in process drafting/design, preferably including experience in water and wastewater engineering applications. You?ll have a working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably AutoCAD 2007, and general computer skills (Microsoft Office). In this position, you?ll work closely with civil and environmental engineers and senior CAD designers in preparing drawings for construction contracts following CAD standards. You may be required to perform site visits to verify field conditions and take field measurements.
